Yera is an Orthopedic Physical Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University and her Bachelor’s in Sociology from Rutgers University. Yera has experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions including post-operative care, overuse injuries, return-to-sport and more. She is also trained in providing vestibular and post-concussive rehabilitation.
Yera aims to provide her clients with personalized, evidence-based care to achieve their goals, whether it be related to injury reduction or improving performance. She enjoys working in conjunction with her clients to create programs that are sustainable and meaningful to them.
Beyond the scope of rehabilitation, Yera continues to foster a love of health and wellness. She is an avid gym enthusiast and enjoys spending her time lifting, running and reading.
